Warranty

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Damaged items due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or missing parts not caused by Golfury are not eligible.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Help.Golfury@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to:
    Golfury Returns Department, 8929 Geyser Ave, Northridge, CA 91324, USA

⚠️ Returns without a RAN may not be processed.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, shipping damage), Golfury covers return shipping costs.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, wrong order), the customer pays for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.


Manufacturer Warranty

1. Coverage

  • All products sold on Golfury.shop come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

2. How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email Help.Golfury@outlook.com with your order number, product details, and photos of the defect.

  2. Our support team will provide instructions to repair or replace the defective item.

  3. Warranty claims may require the item to be returned to Golfury for inspection.

3. Exclusions

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
